Joe’s Garage and Grill specializes in curing and smoking; in fact, all of the meats served at our restaurant are cured and smoked in-house all year long. Quality ingredients are important to us and so is our community.We firmly believe in the “farm to table” concept and support our local businesses by using as many fresh and local ingredients as possible in all of our dishes.
